The article is not without interest, although it gives much less than it could give. A topic of this kind required not only professional knowledge of astronomy, but also a good acquaintance with the composition of chronicles.

The conversation with him took place in the presence of the General Military Committee. Because the main decisions of the Minister were already known from the telegram, the conversation revolved around various details.

It is well done, its composition is well too. The boundaries of the voivodships are mostly well done; it is a pity that there are no borders of lands and counties at all.

The government refused to recognize our right to autonomy and self-government. We were denied the formation of troops. They refused to recognize the Commissioner for Ukraine.
