New publicistic article
We are starting to publish the article "Social and Political Struggle in Ukraine in 1917 – 1918 – 1919" in the "Publicistics" section. (1919). Today – the first 3 chapters, including "Revolution of 1917".
At the end of the summer, the Central Rada, together with non-Ukrainian parties in its composition, primarily socialist, was a representative body of peasants and workers.
