The section "Historical works" is replenished with article "Disputes questions of Old Rus ethnography" (1903).
One can not say that those subjects which appealed for help in the investigation Old Rus ethnography, still gave great servants for it.

The section "Publicistics" is replenished with article "In what way I was transferred to Lviv" (1898).
Probably valuable edition of "new cource party" will not leave to file further equally witty, honest and noble novelty, but I wrought below my dignity to respond to them and have no apparent reason to do this.

In the section "History of Ukraine-Rus'" added the chapter " The current Ukrainian territory" from 1st volume.
The number of Ukrainian people, the evolution of Ukrainian nationality, physical signs of the territory and their effect on colonization, colonization excitement.

The section "Historical works" is replenished with article "Common scheme of "Russian" history and case of rational plan for the history of the East Slavs" (1904).
One would eliminate the current eclectic character of "Russian history" maked by stitching together scenes from the history of all sorts of nationalities, and consequently write the history of Eastern nations.

Ukrainians must to have a university, it is their right and the burning need; government has to vigorous take up to its satisfaction, to avoid undesirable effects.
3 Jun 2012 New chapter of "History of Ukraine-Rus'"
In the section "History of Ukraine-Rus'" began publishing the first volume of this huge work. Today – the chapter "Terminology" from 1st volume.
This job must submit an image of the historical flowering of life of the Ukrainian people or those ethnographical and political groups, of which formed what we think is now called the Ukrainian people.
