New article on history
We publish the article "When was Lubart’s chart to the Lutsk Cathedral fabricated?" (1906).
The stylization and content of the chart proposed for confirmation also clearly indicate that we are dealing with a product not from the end of the 15th century, but much later.
New publicistic article
We publish "Call [of the Committee of Independent Ukraine]" (1919).
In order to raise awareness among political circles and the press, we are starting to publish a magazine in French and English together with representatives of other oppressed peoples of the former Russia.
New popular article
We publish the popular science article "A Brief Overview of Ukrainian History" (1913).
The Ukrainian people were under the unbearable oppression of the Polish authorities. All political rights were exclusively in the hands of Poles, and Ukrainians, as a rule, were not allowed to hold any public positions.
New publicistic article
We finish publishing the article "Social and Political Struggle in Ukraine in 1917 – 1918 – 1919" in the "Publicistics" section. (1919). Today – the last 4 chapters, including "Conclusions".
Giving Ukraine freedom of action and allowing it to develop itself according to its limits in real circumstances is the only way that can bring it to calm and order.
New article on the scientific orgainzation
In the "Organizational articles" section, we publish "Foreword [to: I. Svientsitskyi. Description of the manuscripts of the People’s House]" (1905).
In the first, we begin a detailed description of the more interesting manuscripts from the Lviv collections, as the first issue we start a description of the manuscripts from the library of the People’s House, compiled by Dr. I. Svientsytskyi.
New publicistic article
We continue publishing the article "Social and Political Struggle in Ukraine in 1917 – 1918 – 1919" in the "Publicistics" section. (1919). Today – the next 3 chapters, including "The Bourgeoisie Regime and the Armed Rebellion."
German garrisons, like Austrian ones, kept Ukrainian villages in obedience to the hetman. His regime, without the German army, would not have been able to last a day.
New note on archeology
In the "Archaeology" section, we publish the note "Lopushansky "Svyatovyd" (1910).
Our employee Mr. Vadym Scherbakivskyi, having photographed this figure during his last excursion, draws the attention of researchers to it.

The Russian Bolsheviks also launched a devastating campaign against Ukrainian parties, the Central Rada and its government, hinting at their bourgeois and reactionary nature.

We publish the article by M. Kapral and A. Felonyuk "The pre-revolutionary decade of the great historian of Ukraine (1906-1916)" (2007).
An extremely hard-working and prolific author actually publishes dozens of articles, source publications, hundreds of reviews, reviews of monographs and intelligence every year.
