Village Kryvorivnya (1902 – 1914)
The village Kryvorivnya (now Verkhovyna district, Ivano-rankivsk region) M. S. Hrushevsky with his family stayed on vacation in the summer months in 1902 – 1914.
Well known that M. S. Hrushevsky visited Krivorivnya in 1902 and 1906, respectively. In 1907 he bought here land and the house, where rested in the summer months of 1907 – 1914. In September 1914 he went from here to Vienna and never come back. His house burned down in 1917 by the retreating Russian troops.
